We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on electrical items and replacement parts including but not limited to thermostats and circuit boards.
All warranty items are exchange only. Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning any product. Item(s) will not be accepted without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Received Wrong Item If we ship an item other than what you've ordered contact us an we will correct the problem and send a pickup for the incorrect item at our cost.
Received Damaged Item For domestic purchases, if you receive your item damaged in shipping we will ship a replacement item once we receive the damaged item back. International items, we will do everything we can to assist in the process of filing a claim with the shipper and getting replacement product shipped quickly.
Warranty Replacement Item
We do not provide the warranty, but work between you and the manufacturer to cover the purchased item under their warranty as specified. Both the original shipping fees and return shipping fees will be buyers responsibility. You must print and fill out the warranty form and send it along with a copy of your original invoice, in the package to be returned.
Un-wanted Items We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on electrical items, however all other items may be returned at the discretion of Climate Doctors within 14 days of the order ship date, but may be subject to a 25% return fee. Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not refundable. All products returned MUST: be 100 % complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code, packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.
Please call or write (email@example.com)for a return authorization number prior to returning product. Items returned must be clean, in original packaging and re-sellable. Special order items may not be returnable, please inquire when ordering items not listed as stock.
Our business is based on getting you the item you need, accurately and quickly. Air orders received by 2:00 PM Eastern time are shipped the same day for in stock items.
*Please note- A package which has been refused by the recipient does not excuse our return policy. If packages are returned to us by Fedex as "refused" we will contact the purchaser to arrange reshipment or process a refund subject to our return policy above.
